REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment to You
At BFLands, we want every client to feel confident in their investment in our services. Before any paid engagement begins, we provide a clear written summary of the scope of work and associated fee. Payment is only requested once the scope is mutually agreed upon.
Cancellations before work begins: If you cancel your engagement before we have commenced substantive work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations after work has begun: If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work not yet completed, at our reasonable discretion.
